How do I shop? First register at registersunshinesoul.com (this will be your account page where you will see your shopping cart, your paid orders, your shipped orders and also most times products that we have available) Make sure to enable messenger so that you get updates on sales and also messages about your invoice or waitlisted items, etc.

Do you have a shopping app? Yes we do. It is on apple and android app stores and is free. Just search Sunshine Soul Boutique in the app store to download it. Make sure to turn your notifications on because we do lots of fun specials through it and also broadcast our live sales right there and its super easy to shop!
Do you do live sales? Yes we do! At this time we do at least 1-2 live sales per day during the week with one during the day and one at night. Be sure to register with messenger enabled so you get notifications. Text messaging will be an option soon.
Do you take returns? Yes we will allow exchanges within 30 days of purchase with original tags. Just send us an email or message or business page to let us know. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org
What if an item is waitlisted? You can add an item to your cart and if it is not in stock it will go into your waitlisted items at registersunshinesoul.com You can also preauthorize your waitlist so that if/when it comes back in stock you'll automatically be charged and you wont have to risk the item expiring after it goes into your cart. You have 4 hours to pay once an item goes to your cart.
Do you offer in person shopping? Yes! We do open houses about every 6 weeks at our in home boutique in St. Augustine, FL.
After I claim items, how do I pay? You just login at registersunshinesoul.com and you will see your shopping cart with your items. It usually works best if you login through facebook. Use the same login for the app :)
How long do I have to pay? Your items in your shopping cart automatically expire within 4 hours. If you don’t pay within that amount of time, you risk losing those items to someone else that may be waiting for it.
